who do you love?

I think Asher's answer to that question is clear :)

For some reason I just love this picture. I think because in personifies Asher in a way that he is often not seen to those outside of our home. Asher is loud and high strung and a little high anxiety and that can skew an outsider's opinion of him. He is rough, he sometimes hits, he plays HARD, but he also loves deeply. He talks "baby talk" to Shiloh and tells her she's "so pretty", he twirls my hair when I hold him, pulls back and looks deep into my eyes and says "Mommy" in the sweetest, most gentle little voice. And here he is, snuggling this little girl that I love too. I asked him recently if we were to have another baby if he would want a brother or a sister. His response: "A brother, cause I already have Eva AND Shiloh."
